Mike's Landscaping has been working for the building development I live in. They planted trees and bushes around our storm water treatment pond, seeded the same land, and also some steps/patio stones in surrounding houses. I must say that it has been nothing but disappointment. Several of the trees and bushes do not appear in proper condition and will likely not last the winter and the grass has been poorly seeded (patchy and very sparse). My steps have not been leveled and are not attached to my porch. My mother-in-law, who has had two hips replaced, almost fell off of them this spring. The most frustrating part is their lack of respect for the property of others. They continually trespass on property they are not working on, even when asked to use another route. If they had just knocked on my door to ask me I would have given permission but they were not courteous enough to do this.
